The Resources of Heaven…
I love this quote I read in one of my daily devotions:
“The resources of heaven are equal to any problem you’ll ever have to face.”
What a beautiful thing to consider and to experience. NO matter what comes our way, our God of the universe is with us and will provide whatever we need to overcome even the most challenging aspect of life.
Psalm 9:9 “The LORD is a stronghold for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble. And those who know your name put their trust in you, for you, O LORD, have not forsaken those who seek you.”
As the new year moves forward, I find myself reaching for God’s Word more and more. Do you have a favorite verse to turn to when times are hard? I’d love to hear it.

Two of my favorite passages are Psalm 27 and II Corinthians 6.

I am not sure where you will find these words but it is in a song we used to sing:”Surely it is God who saves us, I will trust in Him and not be afraid”.
I also depend on the words from Isaiah 26:3 ( I hope I have the right verse: “Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on Thee “because thou trusteth in Him”.

I love these verses too.
Right now I needed to be reminded of that. I have developed Covid and have been frustrated by the restrictions that it puts on my life. I am doing ok but can not go out and do the things that I really want to do and have unfortunately exposed some people unknowingly.
“God is our refuge and strength, a helper who can always be found in times of trouble.”Ps 46:1
