Let’s NOT Try That Again
Sue and Carl met at their assisted living facility. Carl was taken immediately by Sue’s sweet personality and her sharp wit. He asked her on a date.
“Thanks,” she said, “But my dating days are over.”
“Well I’m not giving up that easily”, said Carl.
“Where would we go?” asked Sue! “Neither of us drive anymore.”
“The coffee shop on the first floor,” Carl suggested.”
Sue agreed to think about it. She did. She decided to give it a try. But when the date appeared on the calendar, Sue showed up only to see Carl sipping coffee with Maggie. Sue caught Carl’s attention. He looked up, stuttered, and then. introduced Sue to his new friend, Maggie!
