Hope and Trust
I’m having a good time sharing this fun-filled book with folks around her. We all admit we are having our share of ‘senior moments’!
What’s for dinner? What time is it? Anything worth watching on TV tonight?
But it’s wonderful to have each other for reminders and forgiveness. We’re all in this together.
I have enjoyed meeting and making friends with a former journalist, retired teachers, engineers, accountants, lawyers and medical professionals. It’s amazing to me how much there is to learn. I am thanking God for the rich assortment of humanity.
I’m not living in an ‘old folks’ home, as some might suspect. I am living in a four-star HOME.
I just finished 8 of your books that I own. If this one is as good as the others it’s wonderful.
By the way, I met you many times at the Mount Hermon Christian Writers Conference.
I sooo love your attitude!! Thank you for always being such an encouragement!!
I miss you and your perspectives on life, Karen. love, Heidi
I loved this latest blog of yours. You give us all hope for our golden years. Attitude is everything for sure. This one is definitely a “keeper!” Sending love, hugs and blessings across the miles!
Hi Karen,
You are such an inspiration to me. How wonderful that you have volume 2 of Gettin’ Old Ain’t For Wimps. I would like to buy this book too because I have a collection of almost every book you’ve published. It blesses my heart to hear you describe the colorful assortment of people you live with. You are such an incredible person and I love you.
