Happy Thanksgiving!

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:6-7

I like the scripture you used, it is so true! In spite of the virus we still have so much for which to be thankful. We need to express out gratitude to God and thank Him each day for the blessings we receive that we so often take for granted.
I pray all of us will stay safe during these trying times and /thank God for our food and shelter and especially for His love for us!

Happy Thanksgiving Karen.
I love this time of year when we can reflect on all our blessings
Even in this Covid year , there is much we can thank the Lord for.
I have seen many acts of kindness and communication in spite of distancing. We are so blessed with technology and mobility that was not possible in the 1918 pandemic. My brother-in-law has a picture of his father and some friends wearing masks that was taken during that time.
It is a good reminder that “this too shall pass”. God is so good and we can trust Him. Looking forward to more of your inspiring thoughts and words. Love and blessing!!
Thank you for the reminder of our many blessings, regardless of the situation. My mother was four years old during the 1918 pandemic. Amazing. She lived through it and beyond all the way to age 86. You’re correct, Etta Mae. This too shall pass as the Bible reminds us. 2 Corinthians 4:17-18
A round of applause for your blog article. Much obliged. Benedetta Judd Slayton
