A Different Kind of Warrior — 16 Comments

  1. Thank you Karen for honoring all of the warriors who are on the front lines in fighting this pandemic.Your article is very timely and appreciated.

  2. I agree with you 100%, Karen. MANY people are putting themselves on the front line of this battle to beat the virus for the safety of all of us. Many are there because they have to be, but we need to give thanks to all of them.> This morning when I first got up I asked my son-in-law if he was going to put their large flag in the front yard and he had already put it there. His Father was in WWII and won a few medals and all of us were proud of him. He was one of the fortunate ones and survived the battles he was in and lived almost 100 years.> I remember my friends who were killed during that war and thankful for my family members that remained safe in spite of being in the war zones. I pray this caronavirus scare will bring the world closer together in peace.
Have a safe week! Love to you. margaret

  3. Yes, mam. So true. All get to be in service in this war, however we can. Thank you to all who have served and who are still serving.

  4. Amen Karen. May we all come to a clearer understanding and peace so that there will be no more wars as in WW1 or WW2 and many others since! Thank you to all you warriors now.🙏🏻❤️

  5. So many challenges to met throughout our lives, is there anyone who is not a warrior at some time or other, either for their country, community, family, friends, or self? From soldiers and medical personnel fighting in trenches, jungles and here at home, to people struggling with illnesses physical and mental, financial difficulties, aging issues, animal welfare, etc? Is there ever a time when we are not required to be a warrior for some reason or cause? God bless everyone and give all the strength and courage to keep on trying in spite of difficulties, disappointments, or setbacks and the knowledge to turn to Him for rest and encouragement. And especially God, bless Karen, who helps us approach life with love and laughter, to see the funny side of mistakes and missteps and know while some things are life threatening, not all are, and to know the difference.
