A Grateful Heart
Thank you to all of you who prayed for my recovery from my small stroke and from bronchitis. They were a real setback for a few weeks but I’m almost clear now. God is gracious.
I opened my book on gratitude today and appreciated every quotation:
“A grateful heart is a magnet for miracles.” (Anonymous)
“The winds of gratitude are always blowing; you merely have to raise the sail.” (Anonymous)
It’s amazing how blessed we are by things we often take for granted until they are suddenly taken away.
“Rest and be thankful.” (William Wordsworth)
May I suggest that we open and close each day with gratitude.
Grateful for you, my dear friend!
So glad you are better and almost fully healed, dear friend. And we can never be reminded too much about gratitude.
Take care.
So glad you are starting to feel like the old you! I couldn’t imagine not being able to say “that’s a Karen”! Love you!
You are very welcome Karen. Praise G od that you are feeling better. Thank you for the beautiful quotes about gratitude. Any time I feel sad or lonely, I remember what I’m thankful for and it snaps me out of it. Having a heart of gratitude makes life so much brighter, especially when we are experiencing difficult times. Love you Karen.

Thank you again for reminding us of this truth!
The words of this worship song come to mind.
“ When I wake up in the morning ,and when’s I lay my head down. I will sing of the goodness of God”
I praise the Lord you are feeling so much better! Love !!!!
Such good news that you are healing! Love the reminder to begin and end our days with gratefulness!
So happy to hear the good news Karen. Keep up your encouraging messages. We had a luncheon meeting recently with most of our all Gal Nevada campers and would you believe 10 bodies showed up! Wonderful get together of such super and loving women. Wish you could have been there.
Hugs,
Terri Sutor
In my prayers for you, 🙏🙏🙏
